Like every sphere that involves social interaction, it has a number of disadvantages and peculiarities. Basically, all of them depend on the individual character of each participant in the conversation and have a number of features. This paper will look at the issues that relate to communication within companies and how these aspects affect its development. The basis will be taken as the problems of communication during a personal meeting in the workplace, as well as methods of training employees who will be involved in the sale or production of the product.

Setting Open Communication In Person Meetings

One of the main aspects to be considered is the experience of the employee in the field of employees and a large number of people. This variable can affect the overall process of integrating a new employee into the general work environment. This stage is crucial for each new employee, as well as for supervisors in general. Expanding the workforce brings with it many changes that must take place in the structure of the company. One of the most important aspects may be the poor communication skills of the employee at first because of their character (Iwasaki, 2020). To solve this problem, it is necessary to show the firm’s openness to new people and how much the new workplace can change when a new person arrives. The main feature that should be used when talking with a unique employee should be frankness and a sincere desire to help. This move will help stabilize the person’s emotional state and show how ready the company is for new faces in its structure and the acceptance of employees for the long term.

Regarding personal conversations, it is also necessary to demonstrate a less formal appearance and a more friendly one. The atmosphere in this type of conversation in the first days after the hiring of a new employee should be more social and not require specific actions at the very beginning of the working relationship. Each person, depending on the type of temperament, opens up in communication with a different period of time. Therefore, it is essential to guarantee this time and approach with understanding the person for whom the experience of communicating with a new employer is unknown (Kuehnel et al., 2019). Above all, to address the communication problem, it is crucial to be able to provide an opportunity for adaptation that will affect future employees. It is also important to note that such tactics allow you to feel part of a new team, with a voice and the creation of new values. Open conversations can stabilize the environment as well as open up new opportunities for the individual in an environment that is unusual for them.

Product Development Issue

Another equally important part of building a solid and cohesive team is communication between employees in group conversations. It is essential to take this factor into account because the development of a project directly depends on collective decisions and statements with suggestions. It is necessary to pay attention to each employee’s tips and improve the product by adhering to the complete development cycle. This is why communication plays a key role since suggestions made during collective reflection affect the life of the company as a whole (Wang, 2022). In this context, it is necessary to encourage employees to communicate and offer their vision of the company and the development of new products. This especially applies to new employees who have a fresh perspective on the product and what processes need to be put in place first (Wang, 2022). However, as mentioned earlier, it can be difficult for new employees to fit into an overall workflow and discussion atmosphere.

To solve this problem, it is also essential to consider the personality psychology factor of each new employee. Therefore, it is vital to act with understanding towards each person and treat each person as friendly as possible. In addition, it should be made clear from the very beginning of the cooperation that everyone’s opinion plays a role and there can be no bad ideas. This will help to show more easily that everyone has the right to be wrong and everyone has been in that person’s shoes. It is also essential to provide a mentor who can teach the basics of working in a new atmosphere. This person should know the intricacies of starting a collaboration and be able to establish the employee’s communication with the new team.

Conclusion

To summarize, creating a good working atmosphere is a very demanding job as it requires many aspects that have to be followed, the most important of which is human psychology. Each new employee can bring a fresh perspective and ideas to the company, but because of their nature, sometimes they do not reveal themselves immediately. Therefore, it is crucial to be able to approach each new as well as experienced employee and establish a communication process as quickly as possible. This makes them feel part of the work process and adds value.
