Business Processes Robotization

My most effective invention and innovation is the automation of employee control. I came up with this idea because of the lack of employees in the company. Process automation can be of great benefit to the business. This innovation was expected to distribute tasks between employees more efficiently and save time and resources.

Project management is subject to a clear logic that links the different areas of knowledge and project management processes together. First of all, the project necessarily has one or more goals. The goals will be understood not only as the final results but also as the chosen ways to achieve these results (the technology used in the project and the project management system).

In the 21st century, robotization has become integral to building a successful business. With the advent of software robots, business processes have begun to transform. Automation is growing in many industries and is rapidly being incorporated into the lives of modern humans. Companies whose employees carry out project activities need to be managed efficiently. If projects do not require large financial investments and active teamwork, management can be scattered and haphazard, which is bad for business. Practice shows that companies usually implement several projects simultaneously. Moreover, as a rule, the same people are involved. Automation of project management will ease the work of employees and increase efficiency.

Now there are a vast number of people doing this mechanical work. It is important, but it does not require specific knowledge or skills. That is why the industry has long entrusted routine and repetitive operations to robots. The main advantages of robotizing work processes are:

  • high productivity (a person will need much more time to perform mechanical work);
  • high quality and accuracy (the robot, in most cases, does not make mistakes when performing processes);
  • fast development and implementation (on average, 4-6 weeks from project start to commercial operation);
  • security (the possibility of full control over the actions of the robot assistant);
  • optimization and reduction of operating costs;
  • Increase the competitiveness of business.

In addition, there is a redistribution of human resources: employees can now deal with more essential tasks, such as decision-making, development, and business scaling. With the help of robots, a company can quickly introduce a new function to meet the request of the business. For example, by developing a robot in a few weeks, a company will fully automate a new process with minimal involvement from other departments or departments. The solution can be launched as a pilot project; the robot will work for several months, after which the business will have the opportunity to evaluate the results and decide whether it is necessary to launch the service and how to automate it.

The convenience of using software robots can be considered in the context of remote work. The COVID-19 pandemic has changed labor relations somewhat; many people started to work from home, the question of remote access within the security framework came up, and just here, it is convenient to use robots in the office in a secure infrastructure.

I proposed this innovation during the pandemic, so it came in handy. My employer was developing a new project, but there were not enough employees to distribute tasks effectively, so I proposed the idea. My employer immediately appreciated it and figured out how to implement it. A few weeks later, the program was up and running. Its task was to keep records, set deadlines, and enable communication between employees, which is very important in a remote work format. This invention helped the company save time and money and allowed employees to focus on more important tasks.
