Democratic leadership should be utilized in the Metron Healthcare Organization since it will enhance more creativity and innovation.

Although the employees engage in bringing in their ideas about the buy-in, it is the role of the leaders to make the ultimate decision. The leader has to take full authority and decide which ideas to incorporate in the organizational buy-in. This leadership method should be used since it will help in the overall communication. The employees will have proper communications strategies since their only goal is to exchange ideas and not make ultimate decisions (Al Khajeh 8). It is important to note that this strategy may be ineffective if used by authoritative leaders. Notably, this is because they might not render opportunities to exchange different ideas and perspectives.
