It is a challenging project for the leader, as they must motivate event members to put in their best efforts to get the desired effect of the summit but remain strict and decisive in case of any discipline-misconduct. In case the manager forces their followers into any actions, the organization of the conference would not succeed. In other words, there are no chances for authoritarianism and dictatorship.
